Join us for our September Virtual Fun Run! 💛 You choose to solo run or walk 25km, 50km, 75km, 100km, 150km or 200km by the end of May, submit your evidence of completion & we’ll send you out a This Girl Runs red t-shirt or vest, or a bee bomb (native wildflower seeds), to reward you for your hard work!

We have a private Facebook group full of friendly, chatty ladies, all helping to support each other along the journey🥳. Go on, give us a whirl, come & join us it’s going to be great fun.😃

Please note that ladies fit sizes are a close fit and the unisex sizes are a loose fit.

Here’s how it works…

1. Sign up online to either the 25km, 50km, 75km, 100km, 150km or 200km challenge

Choose the right distance for you! Don’t forget this challenge is all about fun, friendship and getting active by running or walking, it doesn’t matter how fast or far you go, it’s your challenge.

2. Join our private Facebook group!

After you sign up, we will send you a link to the group. If you can, please join our private Facebook group, we are going to support each other on our solo runs or walks and give you lots of motivation.

3. Go out and enjoy your solo walks, keep a journal of how far you go!

Record your walks & runs on this handy tracker sheet & when you’ve completed your challenge all you do is send your handy tracker sheet to us.

4. Enjoy your burgundy t-shirt!

Once we’ve received your evidence, we’ll send you out an Autumn Burgundy This Girl Runs t-shirt to reward you for your hard work!
